Being a huge fan of the Max Factor Miracle Touch Creamy blush and pretty much all Max Factor products in general, I knew I had to get my hands on these beautiful Creme Puff Blushes and oh my, I’m so glad I did. Even more beautiful in person, these blushes have a range of six stunning shades with at least one being the perfect shade for every skin tone, so there is most definitely a shade on offer for everyone. These blushes contain multi-tonal pigments designed to blend and build effortlessly and work with your skin tone to create the perfect sweep of colour.
The first blush I picked up was 05 Lovely Pink, a very subtle light pink perfect for fair skin tones like mine. Out of all shades, this is the least pigmented and could also probably be used as a highlighter. I liked this shade so much that I also went and picked up 15 Seductive Pink which is a slightly darker pink perfect for fair to medium skin tones and I prefer this one due to it being more pigmented, it adds more of a hint of colour to my cheeks. These blushes are very long lasting, buildable, apply beautifully and have a very soft, silky constituency to them. There is a hint of shimmer but this is more noticeable in the pan then on the cheeks.
The Creme Puff blushes are a great cheaper alternative to the stunning Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blushes which have been on my wish list for a while now but being £28 they are not something I can just go and buy whenever I like, however with the Creme Puff blushes at £8.99, I am more than likely able to. I’m definitely going back to Boots and picking up 20 Lavish Mauve and 10 Nude Mauve which look lovely, however I think the rest of the shades are too dark for my pale skin (boo!) but I might have to give them a swatch and see because I’m just in love with all the shades in this range, they are just TOO darn beautiful, I could stare at them all day!
