I know I say this in every monthly favourites post but.. Another month has come and gone by so quickly that before we know it it’ll be Christmas! And that will mean another year over. Time is going by so quick. Moving on, I bought quite a lot in July, mainly because it’s my birthday month. However only one thing bought with birthday money is featured in this month’s favourites.. this product I will probably be wearing constantly over the next few months. Can you guess what it is? If you read my Recent Beauty and Skincare buys post you probably can! Anyway enough blabbering on, here’s my July favourites…
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser
I first tried out the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish when I received a sample in one of my Birchbox boxes. I absolutely love this cleanser! It removes make up effortlessly, isn’t harsh on my sensitive skin and leaves my skin feeling great afterwards. This will always be my go to cleanser, morning and night. I can now see why it’s so loved by everyone!
Philips Satinelle Epilator
Previously reviewed here, I’m so glad I got my hands on this epilator! Although it’s given me a load of ingrown hairs which is quite a pain, there are a few benefits. Mainly the fact my legs are still pretty much hair free almost 20 days later which is brilliant. If I hadn’t shaved in 20 days, I’d be rather hairy… Nice.
Pop Beauty Eyeshadow Trio in Peach Parfait
I got this cute little eyeshadow trio in July’s Birchbox and I’ve been using it a lot the past few weeks. Usually all the 3 shades together, as they go so well with eachother. They are so pigmented and have great lasting power even without a primer underneath. What more could you want?
St Tropez In Shower Tan
Although I haven’t achieved a proper tan with this so far as it is very gradual, I still think it’s a great concept, it does give my skin a slight glow and I’m not as pale as I would usually be. If you don’t want a really dark noticeable tan and just want your skin to have slight colour then this is perfect for you. I just wish it was a little less gradual. However a great concept and I will probably buy the full size version eventually.
Topshop Brow Palette in Fetch
Since I won this Topshop Brow Palette, it’s the only product I’ve been using to fill in my eyebrows. It’s seriously the best brow product I’ve used yet. The powder and wax shades are the perfect match and it gives my brows great definition and shape. I love it!
Clinique Pop Lip Colour in Sweet Pop
I’m just in love with this lipstick. The shade is a beautiful pink that is perfect for everyday wear and it feels so luxurious on the lips. Moisturising, long lasting and a beautiful colour, I’ve been wearing it pretty much everyday since I got it. I can’t wait to try more out for this range!
