Last week I was lucky enough to win these 4 lip creams by Makeup Revolution over on Albertine’s blog. The lip creams are £3 each and come in 10 different shades. Read on what to find out what I think..

From left to right – Say yes, its what we do best; Sweet Boy with a big mouth; Move your mouth forever; Not one for playing games.

If you’re a blogger or an avid blog reader, then I’m sure you’ve heard of Makeup Revolution by now.  A great affordable brand with amazing products, I have a few already and love them so to win these lip creams was exciting, I couldn’t wait for them to arrive!
The Ultra Velour lip creams promise to give an ultra velour finish with intensive colour and be comfortable to wear, apply smooth and last up to 8 hours. This is somewhat right, they probably would last 8 hours, but only if you didn’t eat or drink during this timescale! They do however apply smoothly and are definitely one of the most comfortable to wear lip products in my collection. I would usually stay clear of matte lip products, due to how drying they can be, however these lip creams are far from drying, you hardly notice it.
Another great thing about these lip creams is the smell, they have quite a sweet smell but it is oh so lovely! I could sit here all day just smelling them! Ha!
At £3 each, these lip creams are such a bargain. The formula you’d expect from a more expensive brand, the packaging too. I’m really impressed with these and will be buying a few more!
What’s your favourite Makeup Revolution product?

Zara is no doubt one of my favourite stores on the high street. Great for classic pieces every girl should have at least one of in her wardrobe – a leather jacket, blazer etc. Though some items from Zara can be rather pricey, you can find some great items at more affordable prices, like the faux leather jacket I chose in my wish list at only £39. Another thing I love about Zara are their bags, they have such a great collection of beautiful bags that I literally drool over!
My favourite item from Zara that I currently own would be the Shopper Basket from the Spring 2013 collection (I think?). It’s such a lovely bag that is great for shopping (clue is in the name!) and travelling. Also, considering I’ve had it since summer 2013, it’s still in great condition. I love it!

The Roller Lash is a brand new mascara from Benefit Cosmetics. Known for their No.1 Best Selling Mascara, They’re Real! I was intrigued to try out this new launch so I picked up a copy of Elle Magazine, who are giving you the chance to try it out (for only £4!) before the mascara officially launches.

This mascara has a unique hook ‘n’ roll brush, based on old school velcro rollers and is said to curl your lashes so good that you won’t need to use eyelash curlers. The brush is also the perfect size for reaching all your lashes including the bottom lashes (I usually struggle with those!) and applies the mascara evenly. Benefit also suggest layering They’re Real on top for a dramatic look, I might just have to give this a go!
I have now worn this a couple of times and I have to say this could easily become my favourite mascara. It is long lasting, non clumpy, gives a great curl and removes easily (unlike They’re Real!). I will definitely be buying a full size tube when my sample runs out.
If you wish to try the Roller Lash mascara before purchasing the full size version then grab the March issue of Elle Magazine now, be quick though, they’re flying off the shelves!
Benefit Roller Lash mascara goes on sale from tomorrow and is priced at £19.50.

The Look Fantastic beauty box is a monthly beauty box brought to us by online beauty store, Look Fantastic. It is a non subscription box meaning you can order whenever you like unlike many other beauty boxes which I like a lot, although Look Fantastic have just set up a subscription service for the boxes if you prefer that. The box contains 6 beauty products, all worth £48 for £15.00 which is amazing!
Let’s have a look at the products in February’s box..
The Dr Paw Paw Original Balm is a multipurpose soothing balm for lips, skin, hair, cuticles and nails. I’m abit of a lip balm hoarder so I was really excited to receive this, having used it a little already I’m impressed, it’s very moisturising. Will definitely consider buying this in the future.
Having not heard about Bellapierre before I’m looking forward to trying this, I do like wearing a bit of eyeliner every now and then. The colour is really nice also.
I was so excited to see this in the box! Definitely my favourite product. I love using Moroccanoil products on my hair, they improve it ALOT and it sure does need it!
This. Smells. Absolutely. Wonderful. I have never tried Korres before, but have always been intrigued by them. After trying this I will definitely be purchasing some of their products. Do you have any recommendations?
I love a good primer and definitely love my Benefit ‘Porefessional’ primer the most. This Monu primer is quite different to the Porefessional so I’m quite excited to try it out. I may do a proper review on this at a later date.
Last but not least..
I’ll be honest when I first saw this I was like ‘What the hell is this?’ .. I’m definitely really excited to try this and see the results it gives.
This was my first box from Look Fantastic and I’m definitely considering buying another next month, I also think this is one of the best beauty boxes around so if you would like to have one yourself go buy it now at Look Fantastic for £15.. I wouldn’t be surprised if it sold out soon so hurry!

Hello everyone,
welcome to my blog!
My name’s Laura, I’m 22 and I’m a fashion and beauty addict. My love of fashion has been around for years, yet my love for make up is actually fairly new. I never used to be that bothered about make up until about a year ago, then I started watching beauty videos on YouTube, then found beauty blogs and eventually ended up a bit of an addict! My collection is growing and growing and I thought now was the right time to finally start up my own blog!
I hope you enjoy it and keep visiting!
Thank you,
